Exactly what one job includes

• One completed job for one client, covering 2–5 meaningful changes.
• 2–5 existing evidence items: redacted screenshots, notes, links or saved test results you are authorized to supply.
• One PDF with a client-facing completion page and a second-page evidence appendix for optional detail.
• One consolidated correction round for factual accuracy and clarity within the accepted job.

What you receive

Page one states the job, outcome, delivered changes, completion status, destination link, client action and remaining or optional work. Page two explains the evidence, its source and limits. You receive the reviewable PDF by email and control whether to share it with your client.

Turnaround target: first reviewable report within 2 business days after payment and acceptance of complete inputs. We confirm the delivery date after checking fit and inputs. Missing information pauses that target.

What you supply after purchase

1. Reply by email with your Shopify order number and the job name. A client alias is enough.
2. Describe the outcome and 2–5 changes; include the completed-work link and any access instructions that do not contain credentials.
3. Attach 2–5 redacted evidence items. For each, say what it shows, its date or context, and whether it is a saved result or a check you performed.
4. State the client action, any unfinished agreed work, optional items and scope exclusions.

Limits and handling of your material

ProofPack organizes existing evidence. It does not perform fresh QA, run tests, log into client systems, certify readiness, complete unfinished work, negotiate acceptance or resolve disputes. A report cannot establish more than its sources support. Reported checks are identified as reported, and important unverified claims stay visible.

We use ChatGPT and document tools to prepare the report. Supply only material you are authorized to provide through those tools. Remove passwords, API keys, customer lists, private analytics, unnecessary personal details and confidential client content. Do not send sensitive access information. No public-use or testimonial permission is assumed.
