These terms apply to purchases from HCR Digital Works. Product pages describe the specific format, contents, compatibility notes, and price for each item.

Digital delivery

Digital products are delivered using the delivery method configured for the product after a successful checkout. No physical goods are included unless a product page explicitly states otherwise.

License

Unless a product page states different terms, your purchase gives you a non-exclusive license to use and modify the product for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may use it while performing services for clients, but you may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, sublicense, or repackage the original editable product as a standalone or competing digital product.

Product limitations

Digital products are practical tools and resources. They do not guarantee revenue, grades, search rankings, legal or regulatory compliance, security, business outcomes, or defect-free work. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether a product is suitable for your use.

Compatibility

Some products depend on third-party applications or services. Product pages state intended formats and known compatibility notes, but third-party software, platforms, and file rendering can change independently of HCR Digital Works.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the storefront currency. Any applicable checkout charges or taxes are shown through Shopify's checkout.

Support and refunds

See the Digital Product License & Support page and Refund & Support Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
