Refund policy

HCR Digital Works sells primarily digital products delivered electronically.

Defective or incorrect files

If a file is corrupted, materially incomplete, or not the product described on the listing, contact us with your order details and a short description of the issue. We will first try to provide a working replacement or correction and, where appropriate, issue a refund.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, contact us so we can review the duplicate order.

Change of mind

Because downloadable products can be delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned, change-of-mind refunds may be limited after delivery or access has been provided.

Your legal rights

This policy does not remove refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that applicable law requires us to provide.
